We do not have any storefronts or drop-off locations.  As a ship-in only service, we understand and value your time and money. Email us if you have any questions prior to shipping in your repairs.

While we specialize in luggage repair and can bill repairs to warranty (see warranty work &  FAQ's below), we can repair anything with zippers, seams, handles, and wheels!

Ship-in locations

  • PLEASE TREAT THESE LOCATIONS RESPECTFULLY
  • Bring your luggage to one of the retail stores (below) and they can ship your luggage to us for you. All stores will have a fee for this, it is their fee that covers your freight.
  • All work orders are EMAILED and all non-warranty work must have payment info on file that we can take over the phone prior to the repair being completed (we do have a PayPal option as well)
  • EMAILS are REQUIRED and is our primary form of contact. Many manufacturers won't allow warranty work without your EMAIL
  • Your bag will be shipped home to you when competed, or to any Continental US address you provide
  • If the repair is non-warranty, you will be responsible for return freight unless you have already arranged a return label with the ship-in location (Samsonite stores will not do this)

This is NOT a drop off, it is a UPS Store, please do not bring your luggage here directly. We highly recommend boxing your luggage. Please provide your name, address, phone, EMAIL, and what repairs your are looking for on a sheet inside the bag.

*Carry-on or smaller - $15 to ship one-way  in-state

*Larger than Carry-on - $20 to ship one-way  in-state

*Return freight is paid for by the manufacturer if there is warranty work

*Cannot offer boxes for shipping unfortunately. If its mailed in without a box, it will most likely be returned without one.

*All labels must be paid for prior to emailing them to you. You can pay securely on your end with the invoice we will email you for this service, this is not refundable.

Evaluating warranty work is complex process that often has to be done in person. "Contracted" means we can bill this company for repairs should they fall under their warranty guidelines.

Defects only warranty, except for the  Platinum 5 lines through currently Platinum lines which carry a "worry-free" warranty that covers everything functional on the bag for life, cosmetic repairs excluded.


What exactly is a defect and other questions?

Most defects are out of the bag in the first few years with rare exceptions. Many companies DO NOT consider wheels, zippers, or handles defective outside of this timeline regardless of the length of the warranty (i.e. 1yr, 10yrs, or lifetime). If your warranty card states DEFECTS ONLY, the warranty is limited to that and will not cover wear and tear from normal use. Your warranty card is a legal document that should be kept by you in the case of a potential defect occurring.

Do you have to see the bag to assess warranty?

What is your typical turn-around time?

1-3 weeks

Most part orders will take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer. If I don't need to order a part I could have it turned around in a week or less.

How long does it take to receive a part?

3 weeks

We will inform you of any issues with your part order that we are made aware of should they arise. Please understand we normally aren't aware of issues until 2-3 weeks have passed and your part has not arrived.

Do you stock parts?

Yes&No

Manufacturers charge us for parts the same as they would charge you. Keeping stock just isn't possible for wheels and handles. However, I do keep a stock of inline skating wheels and zipper sliders.

Do you sell parts?

Yes&No

Contact your manufacturer directly if you are looking to buy a part, we only perform repairs. In rare circumstances we would consider selling older parts. We can also help guide you if your manufacturer doesn't have parts available.

Can you order my part ahead of time?

No

We cannot track if the wrong part is sent if we do not have the bag present, and some companies charge us for parts up front even for warranty work reimbursing us later. If we never receive the bag for repair we will still have to pay for those parts. Some part orders also require pictures.

Do you have Drop Off Locations?

No

No, we are mainly a ship-in only service. However, if you are local I may be able to work something out meeting you.

Can I ship you my luggage?

Yes

This is now the only way to get your luggage to us. Please see instructions above.

Can you send me a shipping label?

Yes

I can email a shipping label to you if you prefer, but would need payment info prior.

Does warranty work cover shipping?

Yes & No

If your repair is covered under your manufacturer's warranty, then yes they will pay for your repair and return freight only, you are responsible for shipping your luggage to us.

Do manufacturers issue replacement bags?

Yes

If your luggage is not repairable, but the repair falls under the manufacturer's warranty, then YES they will replace your luggage with a new piece or issue you a credit for a new piece. To process a replacement, we still have to have the bag here and if you accept a replacement your original bag will be used for parts, discarded, or donated. You cannot have the bag back.

Can you donate my luggage?

Yes

If you do not want your luggage repaired and do not want it back, we can help. We donate bags that are mostly functional regularly to Denver Rescue and multiple other homeless assistance groups. Bags that are not functional are donated to a K-9 unit for dog training. We don't provide any tax forms for your donations, its just to keep bags out of the trash for a while longer.

Do You charge a RUSH FEE

If I have what I need to repair your luggage and don't need to order parts, I don't mind rushing your repairs if it helps you out.
